confused

hi can someone direct me in to the right direct , im a uk british citzien, etc,,, my wife came from pakistan on spouse visa, on 10 june 2014, visa expires 20th feb 2017, when her 33 months expire,

what application do i have to apply from, etc, my wife is due to have a baby in august 2016 this yr,so do i have to show finanncially for the child as well, what do i do know like what route do i apply from, any help in the replies will be benefical

She applies for an extension on form FLR(M).

Baby WILL NOT be included in the financial calculation as the child will be British. You only need to meet £18,600pa income.

She will also have to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge of £500 in addition to the visa fee.

thank you CR001, so i guess i dont need to worry about my child as he will be born in the uk, my wife passed her life in the uk test 6 months after she came to the uk, so i got that sorted, she did A1 ENGLISH Test in pakistan which she passed and got a certificate but does that mean she has to do the english test in the uk as well

She may need an A2 Engish test.

thanks Vinny, i thought so seeing as the new a2 english test is for those applying after october 2016 i believe
