Need some Guidance

Hello

I am a British overseas territory citizen( Turks and Caicos Islands) and I am planning on moving to the UK this year with my daughter, but my husband (married 1 year) is from Jamaica and he will need some form of document/visa to join us to move to the uk same time as us.

Can someone help me on the process of setting this up please or inform me of what type of visa can he apply for and do he need to go back to Jamaica to apply for the visa or can it be done online?

Yes since we are a british overseas territory and has british passport we are allowed to live and work in the uk. But I need to know what I have to do to get my husband straight so he can come to the uk with us to live permanently.

Thanks. so do i have to live in the ul sometime before i can apply for him or can i apply for him before i move so he can come to the ul same time as me and my daughter?

It depends on your financial and accommodation circumstances.
