Hello I'm Italian national and I currently living and working in uk, I've been offered a job in ireland (starting on september) I was wondering if I can flight there straightway with my family or need I a visa as my wife she from ukraine, at the moment she hold a "residence card of a family member of an EEA national with remarks of employment and business activities allowed" valid for 5 years.

You will be able to enter with the residence card issued by the UK authority, and can apply for Residence Card after 3 months residence in Ireland.

thanks a lot for ure help.. I forgot to mention that my mother in love got 6 month family visit visa for uk, she will be able to come and visit us aswell or we need to apply for new one in Ireland?

They will need to apply for a visitors visa to Ireland. Unless they are dependant on you or your wife and have right of residence in Ireland.
