@ tolani
Why don't you ring them?

If u have your postage ref of the application, ( tracking number), that will help them to locate your documents. You might be lucky to get ref number over the fone.

Hi Guys & Dear Friends

I need some information about EEA4 Application also need guidance as I am applying by myself cant afford to pay solicitor and I find out this forum is the best source for helping me out.

Its been 5 years completing of my marriage in coming september 2016 but my marriage has been broken now recently and we applied for divorce and hopefully it would be sorted before september.

Question:

1.My resident card last till next year can i apply in september for PR as my marriage years completing in sep2016?

2.what sort of documents I need to submit from my side? I have bundles of documents.

3.My ex is working throughout since arrived in uk in 2009 so she is exercising treaty so what documents I need from her she is willing to help?

4.Does it worth it to apply by myself without any solicitor/lawyer?

I would be very grateful to guide through proper path so I could prepare all the documents till september and ill keep in touch and put my updates here so other member could get help as well.

thanks alot

Hi everybody
If you can help me regarding query

Application sent 20/06/2016
Application recieved by HO 21/06/16
Money deducted from account 25/06/16
Till now nothing No Bio Metric letter

My wife (EU national) already holding PR card since December 2014 however my wife was at home unemployed three month looking after my daughter after she finished her maternity period in October 2015. She resign her job in December 2015 and got P45.She found new job in February 2016 only part time 20 hours per week. I applied my PR with all payslips in 20 June 2016 but just worried about three month missing payslip will make my case in difficult situation.
Thank you and good luck to everyone who is waiting for PR

You don’t have to upset yourself, I know how painful is like. Just be patient, we have been there before. There's definitely one day for you to smile.

Hi All,

Just wanted to share the timelines for my non-EEA PR application...

My EEA wife and myself (Non-EEA) applied together for EEA PR with exercise rights on basis of initial 7 months employed and the rest of the 5 years with self employed and Student documentation.

I have applied through Solicitor and Still waiting for PR...

Application posted: 03/02/16

Payment taken:09/02/16
Biometric done and sent: 01/03/16
COA letter received: 11/03/16 (dated 05/03/16)

Still waiting for PR...

Musica - We both are on same timelines. I 'll wait until 04/08/2016 and then contact solicitor to make contact with HO.

Hiiii uvanisha!!!! I tried to contacted my lawyer last week and her paralegal assistant told me 6 months start to count from the moment coa was issued, after I did my research and I also called two others different lawyer they disagree with my lawyer telling me 6 months start to count from the momen that I summited my application.. Now and soooooo confused! Tomorrow is going to be a week that we had been sending emails back and fourths and she is telling that I paid her for her to send my application and that I don't have to do or know anything but trust then.. It is frustrating!!!!!!! I don't know what to do.. Please keep in touch I'll do same

Hi, Mate.
From your timeline I strongly believe yours is coming in the second week of September, so there is no need to be worried anymore from now on.
