EEA (PR) Non EU , January 2016 Applicants ?

I also haven't heard anything from HO, we called HO twice in the past week and call centre just sent the request through. He said we will get a phone call from them within 5-6 working days but I guess there won't be much news. My holiday is on the 5th of August but I lost hope that I will get my PR before then.

They are calling back quickly.....but will tell u that ur case is pending and wait. They don't have any other information for u ....

Just to let you know that I've got all my documents back
With a letter confirming of my PR. The letter is dated the 20th
of July and received the documents on the 22nd and it says I
should receive the PR card after 10days. Still waiting
for the PR Card. Here's my timeline

Application sent : 25/01/2016
Application Received: 26/01/2016
COA Received : 16/02//2016 although the date on the letter
is 18/02/2016
Documents recieved : 22/07/2016

By body else ????

No news for me in today post....killer waiting is on .

Congrats Buktais, i am happy for you and hope all we will receive good news soon who is over 6 months especially.

I think its only me and Hippy left, I applied on 29 a joint application through solicitor. Last time I had any contact with my solicitor was on 18th of this month. On Monday I got to know that she is on holiday and tomorrow will come to her office.
So pray for each other coz its only us left.

Our supporting documents and PR letter arrived in a prepaid Special Delivery envelope I've included with application.

I got a phone call from HO this morning that my package had been sent yesterday.

I have just now received all my documents back and a letter of confirming of PR. The letter said that I will receive it within 10 working days.

Here is my timeline

Document sent: 23/01/2016
Document arrived: 25/01/2016
Fee taken: 27/01/2016
Biometric submitted: 13/02/2016
COA received: 24/02/2016
Documents and a confirming letter: 27/07/2016 (dated 25/07/2016)
PR: waiting

What a relief!! Now we are waiting for PR card to arrive, let's hope it will be before the 5th of August (my first holiday of this year!).

Firstly conguratulations, I just wanna find out when you applied for PR all your documents was original (bank statement, tax , payslip etc.) And when they send back to you your documents all original documents came back or HO kept ?

We sent all original documents (bank statement,marriage certificate, my son's birth certificate and etc), only some of payslips and p60s were electronic as our company doesn't provide the paper ones anymore after year 2013. Actually, we have requested letter from HMRC to confirm that my husband (who is my sponsor) has paid tax for the past 6 years and we sent it to HO later as additional documents (we sent it last month).

We received all the documents and PR card at the same day which is today(27/07/2016). I'm not sure if we received all the document back as I'm at work and my husband who are at home received all the papers and updated it to me. I will check it and let you know when I get home.

I called HO last week and beginnig of this week regarding my delay. I got back call today which advice me wait, case still under prosess

hi guys,
My Stress is over I received an email from my solicitor that she got all the documents with my passport and a letter confirming my and my wife's PR.
My solicitor also got my wife's PR card but not mine, maybe she will receive it tomorrow. I will go on Monday to collect everything.
Thanks alot for all help that forum and people on this forum provided. Though our case was very complex as qualifying period was full of self-employment,employment, contracts a complete mess and needed a solicitor, but still think that its wouldnt be possible without help from all of you.

I just checked all the documents and they all are there, we sent 5 passports and HO sent all back.
