Wrong spelled in life in UK test

Hi'my wife has just passed life in UK test and b1 level 3 as well for nationality purpose but I realised that the spelling of her first name has been written wrong on both certificate like it should be saima but its written as saima I spoke to test center but they said they can't do any thing if someone can advise me if its going to be a problem or what to do please

should be saima but its written as saima
What do you mean as you have spelt the name the same in your post?

when i passed my test they made sure my name was spelled right by confirming it from me.

It was written siama like I and a are been swapped
