What about nel974 ...You, nel974 and I applied same time but never read any news from nel974 till today.

@Hippy, did you contact the HO first before they called you that your PR is on its way?

Can redbreaker, Prince_irl pls confirm if they have received their PR as it is way over 6 months by now.

Hi lalastical,

I contacted HO call centre the day before (call centre had to send the request in order see the information or details of my case) and he called me back the morning after confirming it was dispatched.

Hi,

I am Non-Europe national and my husband Europe- national spouse. I got my PR refused. And I am going to apply again.

Just wonder who applied and got their PR card please share your documents how did you send?

My husband (spouse) bank statement and payslips all 5 years or just 3 months for every each year
is enough?

My husband filled my application and he sent:
My Passport / His identity card
Marriage Certificate
My husband 3 months bank statements (printed)
My husband 3 months payslip (printed)
My husbands HMRC tax summary jan 2015 (printed)

The reason of the refused not enough documents for 5 years also some of them not original, nothing about me any document. I did my appeal time 01.08.2016 to start.

Will going to again new application soon. Thats why i didn't want any mistake at least this time again.

one of my Friends applied for EEA family member and received confirmation. HO instructed it will take 6 months so not to contact within next 6 months.

Hello Pedicini,

You have to show evidence that your husband was a "qualified person" i.e a worker, student, self-employed person or self-sufficient person in the UK for a minimum of five years you have been together.

The documents you sent are not enough proof that you were both residing together in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.

I wish you the best in your appeal.

Hello Pedicini,

You have to show evidence that your husband was a "qualified person" i.e a worker, student, self-employed person or self-sufficient person in the UK for a minimum of five years you have been together.

Thanks for your answer, I know we made very big mistake that we should not show evidence for 5 years. My husband has been in UK for 20 years and we have got all documents to show everything.

My question was do we need to send HO all 5 years payslips and bank statements his and mine? Or maybe 3 months for every each years (payslips and bank statements) is that enough? Plus I know the other documents we need to cover for the last 5 years both of us.

We will have to send all my P60 last 5 years, and my husband 5 years self-employed tax statements, mortgage etc.

@Pedicini

You should send as many documents as possible, the documents I sent to them weighed over 1kg.

The goal is to prove to them is to show that your EU sponsor has been "qualified" for the last 5 years.

All your documents will be returned to you.

Finally i received all documents back today with nice decision letter. It is 6 months 22 days since posted case.

It was very stressfull waiting and now time to chill out. Thanks to everybody sharing experiences and my all prays with people who expect their good news

It says Residence card (biometric format).

I had a look little on google...
I already apply first time for 5 years permit residence so it is ok residence card for me. So all looks fine for me and yours should be mentioned permananent as you applied second time if i am right..

@Rebreaker, Obviously it seems to me you applied for 5years RC and not PR right?
