Inquiry about Tier2 (general ILR) eligibility

Post by ronychy2010 » Tue Aug 09, 2016 9:53 am

Hi Gurus,
Im currently in Tier2 (general) visa. My initial Tier2(G) visa started from September-2014 for 3 years up to September-2017.

1. Can i apply for extension at March-2017 (6 months earlier from due date) to avoid immigration levy £1000 per year per migrant which will be applicable from 6th April-2017?

2. If yes, what is the right time to allocate COS and assign COS for the extension. Im the only migrant in my company.

3. What is the ILR Eligible salary of SOC-2135 on August-2019? I found experienced salary of my SOC is £33000.

Thanks a ton.

1. yes
2. you will need an assigned cos before u apply. It could be 1 day before u apply, it could be 3 months before u apply. cant be more than 3 months before u apply.
3. £35,800 or what your min experienced salary for required soc code will be at the time of ilr.
