Creation of jobs - pre Apr 2014

In relation to the above topic, I just wanted to make sure I am on the right path as per
On the whole I have 6 employees; 5 part times, 1 full time:

1.Part time Jan 2015 - May 2016 (Account Manager) -15 hrs per week (at least 60 hrs per month)

2 Part Time Feb 2015 - August 2015 (Developer) - 15 hrs per week (at least 60 hrs per month)

3. Full Time May 2015 - July 2016 (Office Administrator) - 30 hrs per week (at least 120 hrs per month)

4 Part Time May 2015 - August 2016 (Field Operator) - 15 hrs per week (at least 60 hrs per month)

5. Part Time Nov 2015 - July 2016 (Cleaner) - 15 hrs per week (at least 60 hrs per month)

6. Part Time August 2016 - till date (Cleaner) - 15 hrs per week (at least 60 hrs per month)

How do I joggle these on the application form, in the area of Job 1, Job 2 etc?

An example is given at the end of the guidance policy on how to put jobs in the tables and how to combine different jobs.
each job with different title goes in a single box and then you hav to mention on with which other job you are combining to claim points. Have a loot at it.

Annex F

"The hours of workers in 2 part- time jobs can be combined to add up to 30 hours a week or more and from the equivalent of one full time job, as long as the 2 part -time jobs exist for 12 months"

Lets say I had one part time employee who worked for me only 5 month (15 hours a week).
According to above mention 2 part time jobs exist for 12 months I cant consider 5 month part time as a 2 month full time then.

Apologize if I misunderstood the guideline and got everything wrong.

Hi Zimba,
my question is regarding Job title of the employees, i have got 2 employees , for the 1st year they worked part time for 25 hours a week and on the 2nd year they have been working full time for 38 hours a week but they both have the same job title and job responsibilities as data entry operator, and they get paid £8.20/hour at the moment, is that fine to have 2 employees with same job title or do we need to have 2 separate job title to claim points as policy guidance says we need to create 2 employment to full 2 posts.
kindly guide me on this.

hi zimba
i am on pre april 2014 category
i have 4 employees ,payroll run monthly,, 130hr per month, i think required is 120 hrs per month as they count 30 hrs a week as full time employment.(30*4=120)
my questin is: does homeoffice count 120 hr maximum in one month as working hrs,while adding towards point scoring, or will they add 130 ,
will they take extra 10 hrs each month as overtime and neglect that 10 hrs each month while counting towards adding total hrs,

if they do that i will be short of my requirement . pls reply, thx zimba

.....just to ask, is it 130 hrs per month per employee?

Two separate positions not two separate job titles.

Yes, they will ignore 10 hours extra worked. Full time means 30 hours per week. So if you are in trouble if they ignore the 10 extra hours, it means some point your employees did not work full time.

AGAIN, a part time POSITION is NOT the same as a part time employee. You can have multiple employees covering 12 months in a part time position. The position needs to be at least 12 months ONLY for POST April 2014 applicants
