Query on behalf of my friend! Very urgent

Post by f317633 » Mon Sep 19, 2016 6:12 pm

Hi

My friend has got his Ilr based on Tier 2 last month. His wife is applying for her ILr now. Which form does she need too fill ? Is it set o or other form?

Also, they have a son who is 7 years old and was born in India. Can he be straight away registered using MN1 form or does he also need to apply for Ilr?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance.
