Family Visit Visa - Sponsorship Letter

Hi,

Regarding Family Visit Visa, does one have to provide a sponsorship declaration letter even though they are just providing the accommodation and all the financial bit will be covered by the main applicant themselves.

I have seen the Letter of Invitation Template and Sponsorship Declaration Template.

It has the wordings support, maintain and accommodate. Is this referring to my earnings and whether if I will be able to financially support them since I will only be providing them with the accommodation.

All the other expenses will be covered by the main applicant.
