Job creation query

Dear Gurus,

I understand that it is clearly described on HO Entrepreneur guidelines that two jobs should exist for
at least 12 months and 130 hours in a month will be considered as full time employment.

However, still I have silly question and I would appreciate if any of the senior members can answer.

1. Employees have started working in October 2016. Which date shall I put as a start date to show on
01.10.2016 (Saturday) or 03.10.2016 (Monday)

2. Also if I put 03.10.2016 as a start date and employees have worked more than 130 hours in the
same month. Would this month (Oct) be counted as 01 month in 12 month job creation requirements?

The requirement is that an employee should work min of 1560 hours in a year. So the total hours matters only
