I think you have to respond to the "statement of Additional grounds" regardless of your case, as long as the form is attached to your Biometric form whichever way you choose. Remember we discussed this on this forum in early August! I have been receiving monthly email since August from HO. But you not receiving any correspondence is weird, but that doesn't mean HO won't grant your ILR, they will eventually do!..the delay might be due to backlog and this unfortunate Brexit!

Brexit has nothing to do with UK Immigration route applications. It affects EU route applications. People apply by post then expect to wait however long HO takes. If peopled wanted a quick decision, then they should have applied in person.

Did you both receive acknowledgement e-mails every month? I've not had a single e-mail after applying in June. Also, did they send you an 'Additional Grounds' response letter?

Cheers,

Nick

Yes, i have received an email each month and we received an Additional Grounds letter in August i think. It's weird that you have not received anything! We might just have to do the Upgrade or actually go to Liverpool from London. FML!
i never recieved any email

Bit of a long shot but is there anyone who lost an old passport and if HO investigated it? I want to know how big a problem could that be potentially as they can't check travel dates and period spent outside UK?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Gaurav

Hi,
I called the UKVI yesterday (4 November 2016) to find out about current processing times and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. He told me that the UKVI was currently processing ILR applications made on 18 May 2016.
My application was made on 28 May so expect that it will probably be processed in the next 10 days or so. The UKVI agent on the phone said that there is no direct relationship to the dates but that one could reasonably expect that my application would be processed within the next 2 weeks.

Hello Everyone,
I applied for ILR after completing 5 years on Tier1(G) . My timeline is as below.

Application date : 25th May 2016
BRP letter received: 8th June 2016
BRP done : 15th June 2016
Never received any email update

Just today received a letter from UKVI that my application can't be decided in 6 months time frame as they are waiting response from other Government agencies. Don't know how long its gona take now. Has anyone else received similar letter ? or any other update after this letter. Thanks

Think they might cross check due to this reason. Did you attach a copy of your SA302 with the application?

No, I haven't attached SA302 as it was not required, Even if I had they will still do the cross check which still means delay as normal.

Hi tt2016,

Can you please share your journey after the initial refusal. What additional papers were submitted by your solicitor on your second postal application and i am surprised how you received a approval for a application sent in May or is the August 2016 an typo error? Thanks in Advance.

Regards
Raj

Same situation. But I am still waiting. But found out 2011 tax returns not updated with HMRC.
