I'm planning apply tier 1 investor visa for brother from home country

I had been gone through guidance, i didn't find below information?
Is their any maintenance funds for applicant?
If yes how many months?
Is two members can apply as team?(as like tier 1 entrepreneur )

No. See point 19 on page 3 in the link I already provided. Your brother must have £2m of his own to qualify.

Yes money should available by you/your partner/civil partner/same sex relationship and provide sufficient documents

if you provide money some one else
where any of the money specified in the application for the purposes of meeting the requirements of Table 7 of Appendix A to these Rules has been made available by another party, the character, conduct or associations of that party are such that approval of the application would not be conducive to the public good
