Hi portable. I have sent you a message. Not sure why they treat all amendments as same. My friend's solicitor told him that they will refuse all applications with amendments.
to be honest this is not the case. i know a few guys personaly that got ILR after amendments and HMRC allow it. one guy has won his case after JR.
Each case is different. Being positive is the only that will help in this situation and then what will happen will happen we can't change it.

Just to update my case.

I am on a 6 years DLR and recently applied for ILR.

Application sent: 25th March 2016 through postal.

Did all the payment, biomatrics and a confirmation letter that they received it.

After 5 months, I have received a letter (5th November 2016) from Home Office that they needed documents that shows a "continued residency at the address that I have being living at for 6 years".

I have provided bank statements etc. to prove my long residency in that adresss.

I have sent my documents today and waiting for their decision.

On the letter is said that they can not fully decide the case until they have gathered evidence that I have lived in that house for 6 years.

Anyone know when they will decide? Do you think if they ask for one missing document, the chances of refusal is high?

Ahmad

Hi Pusm,
Interview went well.apart from the general questions we was asked how do you manage 3 jobs, what do I do for eachieving of them and the main question was how come hmrc recorded zero for tax year 2011/2012 and over 41k was declared to home office during extension and I simply explainEd that it was an error due to change of accountants so she said to forward a letter from our accountant to their office. That was all so fingers crossed
