I'm sorry I was a new user to this forum I'm not sure how to do post old thread here so I would to request zimba if he can kindly post the old thread for the help of others .

Hi Yasm33n, Congrats you've done good job by going for AR first.

Can I know how did you present your case I mean cover letter ?
Did you go from any solicitor for AR ?
As my extension is due in December I'm bit nervous about the outcome please share your process of doing AR like how did you managed the additional documentation as you've been rejected for that your name was not shown in the annual accounts as you've invested via share capital.
Please try to elaborate so that it will helpful for other members....

My extension was refused only for same reason (other points were granted)
But HO refused AR also
