Post by Samdz23 » Wed Nov 16, 2016 7:53 pm

Hello everyone,

This is my very first post in this forum that I find it very useful.
Below is my timeline for EU National and non EU national and two kids under 5 French passeport,

apllication sent:13/05/2016
Application received :16/05/2016
Money taken:same date
Confirmation email for EU National: 15/06/2016.
Biometric: 23.06.2016 done same date
COA With right to work: 02/07/2016
Document and card received: still waiting.

6 months since applied has just finished if we consider 16 of may my fist day which is the date that they took money, there is some people say that the date of COA letter is fist day where 6 months start because it says clearly 6 months.

However I have received a call from the HO this week just to confirm that they are dealing with my case and in the result they can't issued a PR to my two sons because they are under 5 and in the place they can issue a registration certificate. It looks to me that HO are overloaded with volume of application and the timeline is going exactly to the end of given period

I hope my document will arrive very soon as I need an holiday after such a long period of stress.

Good luck to everyone and I hope that my experience helps.

My case is still with HO specialist appeals team (Today I have contacted them through my local MP). The expiry date of appealing to UT is passed already. So my question are they able to late appeal for permission to UT or they will issue PR.
