extension with POLICE Caution

dear zimba.
i have 1 simple caution preceeding 24months from the date of application,
is that mandatory refusal for LTR.
i have applied for tier 1 extension and yesterday received refund of £600 (£200 each)

Police caution will lead to refusal of ILR under the 'good character' requirement but not for your extension.
The money you got back is IHS refund and it means nothing. Please wait to hear from HO
