Tier1 to ILR

Hi all
need some advice got my tier1 in 2011 and in 2012 when i was coming back from my holidays at heathrow they confiscated my passport and visa saying they are doing some sort of checking and investigation, my extension was due in april 2013 they had my passport and visa i applied for my extension in march while they still had my visa and in october 2013 they sent me a letter saying i am not allowed to work got my passport and visa back in october 2014 till 2017.
-my question is would i be eligible for ilr (from 2011-2016 5 years legal)?
- and do i need to show whole 5 years payslips and tax return cos i didn't work for a year between 13/14?
