I would request you to help me in clarrifying my doubts.

Q13. Country of current legal Residence

Basically i belongs to India, working in Indian company at present from past 2 years in Switzerland working on Workpermit.After completion of 2 years i have to go back to india. Since at present iam in Switzerland and iam applying my application from Switzerland. In this context please let me know what is my country of current legal residence

Q35. If you are on secondment during period claimed, please complete the following.

Country where job based
country of 1st secondment

As i already mentioned , i am working in Indian company and on workpermit from past 2 years working at client location in Switzerland. In this scenerio, i need to mention

Country where job based --- India
country of 1st secondment -- Switzerland

or

Country where job based --- Switzerland
country of 1st secondment -- NIL

It is straightforward:

Country of legal residence: Switzerland. Hence you will be assessed based on the respective Band for Switzerland (and not India).

Country where job based: India.
Country of 1st secondment: Suisse.
