Strange 2nd Interview Called during my extentension

Hi Guys.

I jope you are all good. I have a query and i will appreciate if you could share your opinion.

I hv applied for Tier 1 Entreprenuer Extension visa 3 months ago.
They (Home Office) called me for an interview after a month. It was Skype interview and the interviewer spent approximately 90 minutes on that interview and it went quite good because my business was alright.

But

Last week i got a letter for a 2nd Interview again which is occuring after a week.

I am quite disturbed after reading that what why again.
Could anyone please comment on it or has anyone heard this kind of strange double interview.

How can i take it negative or positive.
Please assist.

were you interviewed before you were granted your initial tier 1 leave?

its possible the skype interview transcript is missing or they need to clarify a few points with you.

It is indeed very strange.
Never heard of.
During the interview were there any issues with the computer.
Your end or the other side?
When did you apply and when were you called for your interview?
Also I was looking at your previous post and there were confusions as to the investment could this be the reason?
But all said and done there is a silver lining they have not rejected your application.

2. i received both letters of interviews.

. May be Interviewer could not have saved that data because it was 5pm when he stopped. But i never heard this because usually they dont shut down their pcs.

. Regarding Additional Questions. Yes may be they may need additional information on other things.

Letter came in post as well as Email so its legit.

Its a Super Strange case.
Does these people curtail visas on these kind of situations

No they cannot curtail your visa without evidence of any wrongdoings. So relax it's not a curtailment letter just an interview letter.
When was your first interview and when did you apply?

Timeline is
I applied on 10th Oct. T1-Extension.
1st Interview given on 17th November.
2nd interview 29th Jan.

That's strange
If you applied in October usually an interview letter is sent after 8 weeks. In your case it was after 5 weeks. Never seen an interview invite so quick.
But then it is HO anything is possible.
Don't worry everything should be OK.
You have been through it once so the advantage is you know how it works compared to someone who is doing it for the first time.
If you want you can ask your solicitor to write to them why do they want a bite of the same cherry again.
They can but it is your right to ask why twice.

@zubair what was the date on your first interview letter where they say its not possibe to decide your case within 8 weeks and its necessary to interview you and you shud recieve date and place later?
or did just recieved time and place straight away?
if you recieved the first letter then what date was it normally its send after 8 weeks.

@Nasir. I only received two interviews to the point letters nothing else. No 8 week letter.

Interview was made to confuse people i think.

I m running a busy company but he asked
1. How many companies of your type are based within 2 mile radius.
2. Tell me names of businesses in your building.
3. What was your marketing research.
4. Some1 put money in your account 4 months ago on this date why je put that. I had a lot of transactions so....

Anyways. I suggest rather than answering wrong its better to say appologise.

They asked me more or less the same questions but I have been mentioned them in my business plan. They asked a lot detail about my plan. However, mine is intial application and yours is extension. Maybe they made a mistake first time and thought you are applying for initial!!! Now they realised it and need to redo it.

The questions asked by you seems to related to the business credibility. In my opinion there could be two reasons for second interview. First CW wants to know more about your business so wants to ask more questions. Second reason could be dissatisfaction with your initial interview so a second interview is required.

Did they also call you for 2 interviews during 1 application. In this scenario he mentioned that its his 2nd inerview

No, for me is an initial application and not an ext. but as they asked the same question from me and they were only based on what I had wrote on my business plan, I thought maybe at first they made a mistake and first considered him as initial applicant not extention.

I understand that it was your initial app not extenstion.
But my Question is

Did they call you for interview two times for same file or u gave only 1 interview.

@Zubair is called Interview two times which never happened before. For example you give 1 interview on 3 January then they call u again on 20th January.
