ILR for Dependents

I am now holding British citizenship / passport. I got my British passport after i applied for my ILR under Tier 1 (General). I held my ILR for 1 year and then applied for the British Passport which i got last month.

Now , i need to apply for my Wife and Kid's ILR. They were last given extension in 2014 to stay in the UK as dependent of tier 1 (general) migrant. Their extension will expire in 2017. However, my wife and Kids has been living with me for 2 continues years in UK. Are they eligible for ILR (as i am british citizen now)? If so, what is the correct form to apply for ILR?

What start date is their original visa and what date did they enter the UK?

Hi

The start date of their current visa is 24/04/14 and it is valid until 24/04/17. They originally entered UK in June 2013
