Congrates Bruce_Ho for your quick extension. I was just going through your docs and found that you submitted Police Registration Certificate for yourself and dependants. Could you pl let me know if that is mandatory? If so, how to get it if we are in Uk?

I guess you applied your initial Visa after PSW so you must be in Uk for more than 5 years. So could you please let me know if the certificate is still required.

You guess right my route (Student-PSW-Tier1 Entrepreneur).

It's mandatory to register Police Registration Certificate since I first time came to the UK more than 5 years ago, cos' our Passport UK Visa page ask me to do so.
I updated the every new issued Visa and our new addresses with Police Registration Certificate.
It doesn't mention in the Tier 1 Guides for extension application, but when we saw the (Section 7 - Summary Sheet ask for Police Registration Certificate), I think it's quite important so that we submitted it as well.

As you applied with other team member I was wondering if company got only one original document such as Starter Checklist/P46 or P45 or anyother that's available only one in the original format, did any of you submitted copy of that original document and declared as such somewhere in the covering letter or index?

We put all our documents into one postal special delivery. Cos' we share all the evidence as team.

no, we didn't provide business insurance.

Did you receive any letter stating that your case will take longer than 8 weeks due to exceptionally complex nature.

I have looked for the Police Registration Certificate but I have not found any reference on my BRP. Please can you advise whether this is a requirement for all Tier 1 entrepreneur extension applicants.

Certificate Confirming Investment into the Business - Please can you advise what type of certificate is this?

Congrats... Thanks for sharing valuable contents..i have question regarding IHS Surcharge that you and your partner with dependents have paid obviously...so why are you waiting for that refund.. if you can elaborate...What i know you dont get back after paying IHS. thanks
