Document 2. Evidence to show applicants registered as company directors within 6 months
& Engaged in business activity

Document 3. Created 2 full time equivalent posts
D3.1 Declaration of Employment Creation
D3.2 Real Time Full Payment Submission
D3.3 Photocopy of Passport & BRP, Pay Slips, P45, P46&P60

I know there is an Accountant letter to confirm the investment but is it the document listed D5?

I shared the list from the board member who recently received the VISA. I think we need to build our list according to the Guidance.

As per the Guidance,

We need the Certificate/letter of confirmation of Investment from the accountant, only in the case of investing on existing business.

Just use the Guide.

Please bear in mind that relying on others document list is not wise.
Your case is separate and your circumstances could be different requiring specific documents (e.g people who joined/taken over an existing business)
