Same employee 2 job role

Hi all,

I have got a query regarding employment generation.
I am pre April 2014 applicant
I am claiming for 2 job creations 3 employees. To explain the situation I have created following scenario.

Job number 1
Employee ABC part time
Employee XYZ part time

Job number 2
Employee PQR Full time

Now the case is, after a few months of job creation I made
ABC full time and PQR part time and moved XYZ to
job number 2 as a part time so the scenario would be,

Job number 1
Employee ABC Full time


Job number 2
Employee PQR part time
Employee XYZ part time

So the question is employee XYZ has worked in two jobs at different period of time, is that a valid claim to make for an extension?

it's fine beacause you are pre 2014. it is all about accounting for the hours (but no more than 30 pw for anyone)
