Brother Muhammad,
The article you listed is a real eye opener for all of us. Because we are facing that hostile behaviour of home office staff specially in terms of their delaying tactics on our ilr applications. Mine is stuck with them from June 2016. Hundreds of similar others waiting longer than mine.
