Hi everybody here. I'm looking for expert. But is so difficult for me to find one. Could anyone here tell me what connection has domestic law with someone civil case?
I have a problem with WRS ( extension of WRS was unlawful but what legal force this has?

Do we all have to wait till June to all our cases will be submitted?
I don't understand why someone must to wait more time for their turn. Thousands EU migrants suffer because of WRS. How many tragedies behind only God knows. It's awful how this government acting. Don't you think?

Hi everyone,

I am really struggling to find any information relating to the proceedings of the Oct 18 hearing. That's if it wasn't cancelled again. Does anybody have any information to share?

http://casetracker.justice.gov.uk/getDe ... d=20151796 The case tracker is not up to date.

Thanks in advance.

Extension of WRS ruled unlawful and disproportionate by Court of Appeal.

Hi Obie,

Thanks so much for a speedy update, I was look forward to this news.

My main question is - can the SSWP appeal the ruling to The Supreme Court?

Also, this may sound silly, but I'm not 100% about this one - I came to the UK in 2009, but didn't register until 2011. Does the ruling essentially mean that those 2 years spent in the UK now qualify for PR (provided I meet other requirements of course)?

Thanks in advance.

I think whole WRS is just unfair. why someone not able to use periods between 2004 and 2009 because of lack of WRS?

One can only hope that the Home Office will not start issuing compensation to the children of A8 nationals in the UK, who were born here but they were refused passport and in some cases, some had their passports revoked on the basis that their parents were not registered under the scheme after 2009. Some were refused citizenship, some were forced to register their children, which as a matter of law, was clearly unlawful.
