That is a nonsensical question. You are responsible for paying tax to HMRC. Your accountant should be able to help you with your tax liabilities and your tax returns including the self-assessments. HMRC does not tell you what your liabilities are
Your liabilities are defined within the law and you must follow them, so file your returns and pay the taxes on time as required.

All you have to do is call hmrc and quote your company's UTR number. They will check your records and confirm if you have any outstanding tax liabilities.
