Need Help- name missing in birth certificate...

Dear All,

I am planning to apply for hsmp. I have collected all my docs, but for age proof i m stuck. My Birth certificate doesnt have my name as in india late name insertion is allowed, but again its time barred. So now local muncipal is not ready to insert my name, also i dont have driver's licensce, so can you please suggest what should i do?

i was in a similar position. i applied for driver's license and then with that i applied for HSMP.

Yo could apply with notarised copy of your passport but, it is not suggested.

If you have no urgency, i would suggest you to get driver's license and them apply for HSMP.
