Spouse Visa fee increase from 6th April 2017

Spouse settlement visa fee from outside UK will increase £269 from 6th April 2017. If I pay fees BEFORE 6th April but visa appointment is AFTER 6th April, which fees will be applicable to me?

It's too much increase for a single applicant. The rate of increase is irrational.

hi (prolife) i have the same problem as you. i have booked appointment before 6 April and appointment is at the end of April. dont know what to do. plz let me know if you get a some info

Hi,

I have a same problem. I have paid the fee before 6th April and have an appointment next week. Do i have to pay the difference or its just if you have paid before, we have saved ourselves couple of hundred pounds.

You should be OK. You pay the fees which at current AT THE TIME of booking. Any fee increase will not affect you even if your appointment is scheduled after the fee increase.
