Spouse Visa Application Status Check

Hi Gurus,

I am filling application form and Appexdix 2 form (on my wife behalf, she is pakistani citizen and i am her sponsor ) and have couple of queries related to questions asked in the form

1.3 When did you first meet your sponsor in person ?

We met in July 2016 , when i visited her house as traditional arrange proposal in that part of the world. Do i need to mention that date ?

1.5 When did your relationship begin ?
As this was arrange by parents, we did not spoke much until Nov 2016, so there is gap of 4 months where we did not spoke at all , will it be cause of concern for genuine subsisting relationship ?

1.6 How often do yo meet ?
i only visited once when i first met her in July , and then saw her second time in feb 2017 in marriage , again is it any concern ?

some other queries

1) Since Nov 2016 till Feb 2017 (marriage) we have been in constant touch through viber/facebook/whapsapp, do i need to provide all chat history during this time, its seems to be like 700 pages , do i need to send all of them ?

2) For Sponsor passport submission , do i need to submit certified copy of passport photo page only OR whole of the passport which is mostly blank through some stamps for honeymoon and my visit to Pakistan ?

• Reception Invitation Card.
• Wedding Photographs.
• Honeymoon Travel Air Tickets/Hotel reservation for Dubai trip.
• Honeymoon Photographs and Family/Friends Photographs in Pakistan.
• Relationship contact before marriage (Viber Chats/Facebook).
• Relationship contact after marriage (whatspapp).
• Sponsor Air Tickets to Pakistan and UK.

 Tenancy Agreement
 Letter from Letting Agent
 Council tax bill 2017/18 (Entitlement 25% reduction single occupant)
 Council tax bills 2014/2015/2016
 Electricity bill
 Water bill

Make sure that type of ielts test and test centre is on HO list and in addition of tenancy agreement & letter from agency also attach house inspection report (if you are not living alone in property). And I think in addition of stamped pages preferably try to attach all certified passports pages if not sending original just as a precaution. Good luck.

I am living alone in the apartment hence did not include any house inspection report.
Wife gave the Ielts test exam from British Council its approved in UKBA site.

my other passport pages are empty do i need to certify those as well ?
Can i send my original passport as well ? how long do they take to return back the documents ?

Its always best to ask query in open forum instead private pm in order to receive mistake free advice. One member may lack somewhere while other member may be well equipped over advising in such area, another member brings his own personal experience and so on.

Dear All,

I have submitted my wife online application for settlement spouse visa , i have filled the form on her behalf .
I have one question , when i try to print the form on second page under declaration
Applicant Signature is empty , though i put her name while submitting , does she need to sign the page and send me through post , as i understand online application form needs to be sent at Sheffiled address
i am confused , appreciate help
