Waiting for decision for over 15 months is really a joke now.

Great initiative. I have signed and shared. This is affecting so many families and I think it needs to be highlighted.

Can someone please provide the exact questions from the postal questionaire? Some people saying 15 questions?

Of course similar but there will be some differences to this one: indefinite-leave-to-remain/ilr-question ... 03628.html

Thanks

[quote="aruns27"]hello all,

Hey don't go to India without your approval otherwise you will stuck there and cannot come back. I have heard one case they guy went to his back home on his father death and later home office called him for interview. It would be a hard time. so wait for your approval. Decision is yours I can only recommend. At the moment HO don't like self employed don't like amendments if you have both things in your case then they will definitely call you for interview or Questionnaires. Normal waiting time is 12 months or more.
Be careful and think abut your future. Thanks

Thanks all for signing the petition. We need more supporters for this as lots of families are getting affected. Pls share via socialmedia and watsapp. I will be soon writing to PrimeMinister office and opposition leader. I am pushing my MP to follow up this case. i have realised that ever case is going to take longer than 14 months now and we have to push this before the general elections.

Consider yourself lucky as me and many other people are still waiting for an acknowledgement email or biometrics letter, I submitted the application and payment was deducted over a month ago.
things just keep getting worse with UKBA.

You would now most likely be invited to attend an interview.

Guys have you heard anyone got ILR after Interview? Coz it seems like they already have made their minds, and sending these questionnaires and conducting interviews is just a formality. So far I haven't came across anyone who got ILR after interview.
