Spouse Visa Renewal - when to apply? HELP!

Hi all,

I hope someone can help

My husbands spouse visa is due for renewal (he is on the 5 year route) but i'm (stupidly) unsure of exactly when we can apply? We obviously can't afford to get it wrong. I know it can be 28 days before the 30th month of being in the UK - but my maths is rubbish, and i'm very paranoid of it going tits up!

His visa was issued on 18/12/14
He entered the UK 08/01/15
Official expiry 18/09/17

Although he may apply at most 28 days prior to his 30-month in the UK, he may also apply after his 30-month in the UK and before his leave expires. However, the former case relies on the caseworker remembering to add extra days, if necessary. So, the latter case may be safer.

Suggest between Saturday, 8 July 2017 and 17/09/17.
