Annual ac submitting after T1 50k Ex application

Post by uzzal13 » Wed May 17, 2017 9:58 am

Dear Members and Zimba,
Yesterday I sent my 50k ex application. My accountant just prepared annual account 2017 and CT600 few days ago. I sent these with my application with two weeks old filling history page. My accountant is going to submit today annual ac 2017 and CT600 for 2017-18 to company house. So these submission is not reflecting on the filing history page which one i submitted with my extension application. So do you people think it would give me any harm?

The requirement is to have the accountant's report. It is not linked to actual filing.

- unaudited accounts, sometimes called management accounts; and
- an accounts compilation report from a suitably regulated accountant who is not you (the applicant).

Given that we are in 2017, not sure if you meant 2016 accounts and 2016-2017 CT600.

If I remember right, I only filed my accounts well after I got my extension approved.

No. This is not relevant to visa

Hi there, if you are doing the 50k extension, what was your entry level application based on - also a 50k investment? Sorry I hope I am not breaking any rules asking this info!

Whenever you see 50K or 200K, it always refers to the entry level. Extension is always the same as the original grant.
