Applying for ILR on 10 years route

Post by Jop1 » Fri May 19, 2017 9:08 am

Hi,
I consider to go ILR on 10 years route too, is that possible?

FYI, I came to UK in 2007 as a family member of an EEA national and since I was working full time (have all payslips) and my husband has his own company for more than 8 years.

As I am now more than 10 years in the UK, can I apply for indefinite leave to remain by submitting the Long Residence (10 years) SET (LR) application (the 32 pages form)?

If not please advice which form shall I submit.

Thank you

Why not apply for OR if you are on the EEA/EU family member route. £65 versus £2297 for ILR
