Applying visitors visa for Mother

My husband would like to apply for his mom visa as I'm pregnant we want to welcome the baby together. She got retired in March 2017. She have good saving to show for her travelling and also will start getting pension from this month. So I would like to know what documents do we need to submit 1. bank statement of saving and pension/salary acc which one should we prefer?..2. Invitation letter from my husband. 3. Do my husband needs to show his saving. 4. Also how much saving needs to be shown for 6months stay. 5.Do we need any letter from my father-in-law?.. Can someone please answer my questions really appreciated thanks.

Yes she do have a property in India in which they are living now
1. Can we sumit a notarized copy or do we have to submit proerty papers.
2. My husband is sponsoring so how many months payslp/ bank statement does he have to submit and do he have to self attest those copies.
3. Do we also have to submit the tenancy agreement in which we are living in UK

Applicant's:
  • Application form
    Appointment Letter
    Proof of marital status (Original) and a copy
    Last 6 months savings bank statement (Original)
    Details of credits of INR 100,000 and above in the statement of account.
    Pension statement
    Fixed term deposits certificates
    Property tax receipts
    Print out of email - UK Visit - Planned Itinerary
Mine and my wife's documents:
  • Invitation letter (sent by post)
    Last 3 months bank statement (sent by post)
    Last 6 months payslips
    Employment Letter
    Copy of front & back page of passports
    Copy of BRP Card(s)
    Tenancy agreement of the house in UK. + Extension

Thanks for the reply I have few quuestions
1. Appointment letter?
2. Did you send on original property papers or just the tax receipt
3. About the tenancy agreement uk we are on a rolling contract after the first 6 months so our original agreement is back dated so can we submit that along with utility bills
4. Also how can I get a extension on tenancy agreement
5. Did the visa got approved

Any help appreciated thanks.

We are applying for my mother-in-law visitors visa. Do we need to send original bank statement or printout from online bank account is acceptable. PLEASE IF SOMEONE CAN REPLY WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Scanned copies are sufficient
