NQF Level 4

Dear Members,

I understand under the Tier 1 E visa, We will only receive points for NQF level 4 and above. I just wanted to know, can we work below NQF 4 even though I don't intend to claim any points.

My question is will this be breach of visa if we work below NQF 4 or we are allowed to work below NQF just can't claim points. The BRP just say can't work as a sportsperson or dentist.

Means taxi company director but not as Driver of taxi

There is no NQF requirement or whatever under Tier 1E. However the nature of the work you want to undertake is important. You are not allowed to become a taxi driver or delivery or work in capacity of an employee for some company.

I am under 50k route. My understanding is that under 50k you are only allowed to keep a business which provide NQF level services. This means I can't open a taxi business and become a marketing director. I guess under 200k that is allowed.

Can you clarify the route ? Is it 50K with existing business activity ?
To be clear, in that category there is no reference to NQF levels. It is limited "occupations ...... as stated in Appendix J of the Immigration Rules"
