2nd extension refused, help/advice needed plesae

Your P46 for the employee hired before 2013 MUST have been accepted and I told this before. Repeating yourself will no really help.
For people hired after, only FPS is accepted otherwise you have no grounds. Your AR must be based on the rules when you applied but that does not mean P46 will be accepted It makes no sense to claim you have a P46 for someone hired after October 2013.
