You can also use the unique personal number from the online application.
That is what I used. And it worked

I hope to hear from the HO soon as I have being stopped from working by my employer since April.
Whose passport photo was missing the applicant or the sponsor? I believe that was not a enough reason to refused your application.
The application is for my Eea husband, 3 non eea, myself and 2 family members.
They said the pictures for my family members were missing so it was rejected.

I made an online for EEA PR as a qualified person

Application submitted - 01/05/2017
Email confirmation with case ID received - 02/05/2017
Money taken- 02/05/2017
Documents send (Special Del) - 09/05/2017
Documents received - 10/05/2017

my only regret is not using the European passport return service. Fingers crossed it doesn't take 6 month.

Hi,
I tried checking my case status online by using HO reference no. starting with EA..... and also by using Royal Mail track no. starting with SF...... but in both cases it says 'not recognized'...........

Do they upload the cases after specific time?
also if there is anyone in the forum who applied EEA-PR under surrinder singh route, please share your timeline.

Thanks,

Hello all! Re the online status check - this only came on stream a couple of weeks ago and in talking to HO European Citizens phone line any EEA PR applications received I believe in May (from a certain date) were scanned in on receipt, with older ones scanned in in batches. Seems to vary as to which identifier they are using. For us it only works with the Royal Mail tracking number and suddenly worked about 2 weeks ago.

Now, our application is for one Italian national (worker) and I wondered if people are on similar timings as we seem to be stuck waiting on a decision as the system shows awaiting decision as of 30 May 2017. I know we have to wait, but this is frustrating and taking quite some time compared to others cases including friends.

EEA PR (Online with passport check): Form and payment online 26 March 2017
Email confirming Case ID: 27 March 2017
Town hall appointment/sent off: 29 March 2017
Receipt according to Royal Mail: 31 March 2017
Current Status: Awaiting Decision since 30 May 2017

Anyone else (EEA national) apply around the same time and waiting?

Thanks!

Passport and other documents :pending

So the five years intense journey has been over now. Thanks to all the members and gurus who helped and gave advice when ever I needed.

All the best to every one waiting.

Total time took to received the PR was 5 months and 16 days.
Hi bil123,

I have been issued with RC on basis of Retained Rights of Residence back in Feb 2016. And now applying for PR (based on 3 years in marriage and 2 years since divorce).

Please can you let me know if you had to send any documents related to your ex spouse? I have a bit of dilemma whether to send my ex passport and any other proof of marriage, treaty rights and etc?

In addition, there is a Declaration section on p83 to be signed by sponsor, did you get yours signed?

I'm trying to avoid asking any assistance from my ex, which could be difficult task.

Thank you in advance!
Kate
