hi there

here is my timeline for Non-eea:

Application sent on 16/01/2017
Money taken 17/01
BIO and COA done/received couple weeks later (can't remember the exact dates)

PR: still waiting

The case ID isn't working to track online with or without a zero on the front.

Looks like they are processing Jan's applications now so fingers crossed will get it soon. Will update here once got news.

Dear All

My timeline with good news;

1- Non-Eu Spouse PR Application on the basis of being married to an EEA+British National (McCarthy Arrangments)
2- PR application sent on 03-01-2017
3- PR received on 16-06-2017.

PR issue date is 15-06-2017 printed on the Biometric Card.
PR acquired Dated on the Letter accompanying the Documents mentions as 16-12-2016.

So does that mean i am illegible to apply for Naturalisation on 16-12-2017?

How earlier can i apply for Naturalisation before 16-12-2017?

Life in UK + Esol or is there any other new course do i have to do?

Special thanks for Noajthan for the great feedback.

Good Luck to all the guys and girls here.

PR application sent on 5th of January 2017
BIO sent on 21 of January 2017
PR card issued 6 of June 2017
PR card received on 22 of June (today)

No letter yet and no documents returned.

How are they sending the letter and the documents, by Royal Mail? The point is I have mail redirection, so I had to order PR card delivery to my new address, otherwise I would have received it earlier. But my guess is the documents and the letter should be sent by Royal Mail and redirected to my new address? Everyone gets the letter first, right? So where is mine and how to get a copy if I need one. I would really like to know the date when PR was acquired because it should be September which means I have 2 months to prep the docs for naturalisation. But without knowing the actual date I don't want to risk applying for naturalisation.

Congratulation first. I think it is Dx delivery as I read previous posts here. Also to apply for naturalisation do you start counting from the date PR is issued on biometric or from the date you are acquired on the letter ???

Hi eealess

When applying for PR after ROR, did you have to submit your ROR RC as well?
Just asking because I will need my RC for a new employer in a couple of months but I need to secure PR ASAP as my 5 years is up. Thanks

My timeline for permanent residence card as non European.
Application submitted 10/03/2017
Money taken 15/03/2017
Confirmation of email with case ID 26/04/2017
I haven't received biometrics letter till today.
I have emailed them twice first email they respond me that they have lots of application and they are deploying more people to minimise this when they have more information about my case they will get back to me.
I am so upset at this point when my timeline is already crossed 3 and half months other people people are expecting their RC now and I am still struggling to get biometrics letter.
Anyone would like to suggest me how should I contact them to get biometrics letter? Secondly if I could not get biometrics letter would they refuse my case on basis of invalid application?
Any guidance will highly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi All,

I an a Non-EU applying for the 5 years residence permit. I applied start February 2017 (Not sure of the exact date). Can anyone who applied in February 2017 share with me his timetable?
Also, I am trying to track my application online using http://contact-ukvi.homeoffice.gov.uk/a ... m/21739983 and using the case ID number on the COA letter, and it gives me that the number is not recognise. This is the only reference number I have. What can be the problem?

Thanks and good luck for everyone!

I saw this as I was filling the request document form. So you are not allowed to travel out while your application is being considered.

"You must withdraw your application if you wish to use your passport for travel outside of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man."

"If you do not want to withdraw the application then you can only use a returned passport to prove identity. If we later identify that you have used a returned passport to travel outside of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, we may withdraw, void or refuse your application. If you do travel you may also be unable to re-enter the UK."

I'm new to the forum so here's my application:
Applied online as a double EEA citizen: 16.05.2017
Case ID received: 16.05.2017
Sent papers via Royal Mail (actually Parcelforce): almost 300 papers (all bank statements for my accounts) etc.
Payment taken 3 days after: 19.05.2017

Still no response. Online status checker returns unrecognised number for any of the options (case id/Unique Application Number/Payment notification number/Royal Mail number).

Guess my question is what's next? Biometrics letter? Will they send back all papers if accepted/rejected?

If you have an ID which is accepted in the country/ies (i.e. EU) you travel then you should be fine. I did travel with passports, submitted IDs instead.

They are reviewing end Dec mid January applications.
Mine sent on 16th Jan and nothing yet, but saw few people who sent on 10th and 13th Jan got their PR's few days ago

Uk2715, you better speak with HO and check the website and make your decision based on the info scooped there, rather than looking for an advice here. You are risking to fail your application if someone gives you a dodgy advice
