Tier 2 General visa query - Helping friend with work

HI Guys

I am on Tier 2 general visa , One of my friend company needs my help with some application development for his client. Can i help him and can he raise invoice to his client . Following questions i have

1- Can he raise invoice to his client with resource as my name. He is not paying me any money it is just help.
Will that be a problem . Will that effect my tier 2 extension or OH will come to know about it .

2. Suppose he says that he will not use my my name but without my knowledge if he still uses my name as the resource for the work ... Will the UKVI come to know about that .. and effect my visa extension . Just want to make sure if this happens will i come to know later
