Not able to rebook VFS Appointment

Hi,

I was not allowed to submit my OCI application today because I did not have a letter from employer. Now when I try to re-book appointment it gives me an error -
"OCI Registration Number already exsist"

Can somebody please help me and let me know how can I go forward with this?

You can add a X at the end of OCI number and book it

I did this (adding a x after your passport number) today.

Prior doing this, i called the VFS contact centre, they advised me to do so.
