Passport

HI Guys,

Just want to check, if HO refuse the visa do they return the passport along with the documents or not?
Or do they keep the passport and ask to return back to home country and they hand over the passport at the airport.

if your visa is refused, the home office will retain your passport and documents - destroy your old BRP.

They will then ask you to either go for Administrative Review, file a fresh application or leave the UK and go to your home country.

If you choose the latter, they will then ask you to book your flight and an employee of the Home Office will meet you at the airport with your documents and make sure that you board the flight.
