You have posted this in the Tier 1(Post-Study Work) visas sub-forum. What category of visa exactly has your husband applied for?
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Now moved to the correct sub-forum. If this is a non-settlement application, has your husband applied for a UK visitor visa? :?
