Urgent: OCI document query

Hi All,

Please can anyone help me with list of documents required for OCI process. I have recently became British Citizen and have surrender my Indian passport.

I am trying to confirm document list with HCI but can't figure out if employer letter is needed and if complete list of documents needed for my situation. I know I need Passport, 2 photos, surrender cert, naturalisation cert and application forms.

The employer letter is confusing and not sure if has to be provided? If yes has anyone got a letter format pls.
