I've applied on April 12, not waiting for any reply till the beginning of August. Both ref numbers - 022xxxxx and Axxxxxx show the same - 25 may stuff.

I have applied on 26/05/2017 for my sons MN1 application , Recieved Approval letter / certificate on 15/07/2017 ; online updated on 14/07/2017 that decided on 13/07/2017.

ktlkaaa, Cold Winter - what does the online tracker say when you use the SXXXX reference in the bio-metric letter rather than the 2XXXXX Case ID reference.

Hopefully letters are received this week!

Hi All,

Applied 23rd March - postal (flr m) switching catagories from flr fp
Biometric 19th April
Complex letter - 6th June
Awaiting a decision - updated 2nd June
Decided - n/a
Documents received - n/a

We planned a family holiday, leave the 8th Aug (3 weeks) a year ago. Letter feom solicitor sent last week. Stressed.

If it says Decided it's always successful? Or can it still be a reject? I'm I right you would get a rejection letter but still updated to decided.

My guess would be no. Like you say, both rejection and approvals are decisions.

I would guess that's correct. Decided says a decision has been made, not what the decision is.

As with everyone else, I used the number which starts with a 0 on the letter, but has the zero removed on the email I received from UKVI and it correctly updated two days ago. None of the other reference numbers I tried worked.

Applied 6 March Biometrics on 23 March changed to decided status today at 1230, updated 16 July, previously awaiting decision at 1200.

I check my status it updated to 11/7/17 from 25 of may but still showing awaiting decision pls what does that mean by only date change from 25 of may to 11 of June

My status changed on 10th July (6th July decision date) and this afternoon I received a letter from home and invitation letter from my council

a bit concerned now as my status changed to decided on the 11th of july (website said decided on the 9th) but havent received any letters yet. Members who had applications decided at a later date have already received their letters. Called the council and they havent received anything either

cold winter dont worry. its on its way coming. my friend's own showed status updated on the 9th of july , he got his approval this afternoon. and guess what ? hew only applied on the 3rd of may 2017. i applied same time as him so now just praying my status changes too to decided

I have just updated my post in the March timeline-
Applied on the 16th of March, and noticed this morning that my online status has changed to "decided" updated 6 July 2017. I have noted a few people who applied around the same time as me, so hopefully this info will be helpful to you!

So today I received my approval letter from
The Home Office - it instructed me to contact my local council to book my ceremony which I did straight away! (It turns out that our Naturalisation Certs have been with them since the 7th of July)I managed to get a private ceremony today so very pleased to announce that both myself and my daughter are now British! Happy days

Good luck to all! Once your approval letter arrives things can happen very quickly indeed!

Did you apply yourself or through a NCS? I applied through a different NCS to where I live and had no idea that my certificate would go to my local council hence I did not think to check with them, I simply assumed it would be sent to the council where I made my application

I applied at a different ncs but have checked with my local council. I am aware that the certificate goes to the local council.

Mate might be worth ringing your council tommorrow to see if thy have recieved anything. Looks like in most cases the council is recieving the letter before the applicant.

Cold winter relax - my status updated same date as you. We are not even close yet to 10 working days being up. If you go through March timelines thread you can see a number of cases where letter arrived close to the 2 week mark. I'm trying to not worry until it is actually Tuesday next week
