Work permit processing time after medical-family

Hi All,

I had applied for work permit on 7march from India while applying dependent work permit for my wife and visitor visa for my son(3 yr old).
We got medical request on 30 may and got medical done on 7 June. As per hospital they had subumitted report on 7 june but we have not received our visa , it's approaching 2 months now.

IRCC website says it should be done in a month but no updates.
On sending several emails to IRCC I was updated that my case is in INDIA DELHI office and I should contact them.

No reply from Delhi as well.

Can anyone help me provide some info if it's normal , or what may be the reason for delay can it be rejected as well. We are in middle of many things . Please help
