Switching from Tier 4. Quite a straight forward application. No financial issue (Cash Saving of £80k). No reply no letter from HO whatsoever. This August would be 6 months from application. Really frustrated !

The Premium Service is supposed to take 2 and a half hours maximum. The guidance you are given states that if it's going to take longer you will be advised. We were asked to arrive 15 minutes early which we did yet we were not enrolled in biometrics until 12.45pm (an hour and a half after we were asked to arrive). We did not hear the final outcome until 4.30pm - that's five and a quarter hours after the time we were told to arrive.

17/08/17 230pm The biometrics residence permit has just arrived. However, there is a spelling mistake in the given name. I have completed the online reporting form and will await the next stage of the process.
