I was a silent observer for more than 8 months on this form, keep looking everyday, coz of the rumour last year, and few friends of mine waiting for more than a year still they are waiting. any way cut long storey sort, had confident since last month after see couple of people post and they had PR within six month of application. this morning i have register on this form(coz this is last month of six month waiting) and went out for couple of hours and come back home, my wife said we had confirmation letter from HO.
any way my time lines are.
application made 12/03/2017
received confirmation email
biometric done after few weeks (cant remember now if any body need ill post later)
confirmation email received every month
approval letter received 16/08/17
hope this will help u all, and give u more confident.

or not ? If yes ..... wat is the online showing thanks in advance.

hopefully u all get good news soon.
royal mail tracking number was working, before its stop working. says awaiting decision
but case id wasn't
but after i received letter from HO today, i have checked it says decided, (but did not work even yesterday only worked after i had letter from HO) and
Application status updated on 13 August 2017.

i think the application status checking system is beta, u wont get any update until u receive letter from HO.
but my opinion is if u receive monthly email from HO that will be good sign for getting ILR within 6 month time frame

Has your last update date changed since before changing the status? I am trying to figure out if they change the date every time they update the status.
