Regarding Existence Account

I apologies for posting this thread here as I am aware this topic doesn't belong here.

Could you please inform me how can I login into my existence account as I am unable now which was created last year (Oct 2016). It would be easier to discuss further as I started the discussion through that account.

Unless you have forgotten your password, there is anything we can do. Account is stil active. You don't state what message you are getting when trying to log in.

You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to solve the CAPTCHA below.

Could you please allow me to reset this account. It would help me much more.

It was the password issue. I am able to remember the password and login successfully into my previous account.

Could you please delete this thread from Tier 4 section which would be much appreciated.
